Our Commitment

We believe access to clear health information and online scheduling should not depend on the device, browser, or assistive technology someone uses. That belief guides how we build and maintain this website, and we review it regularly to find places where we can do better for patients who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive tools.

The Standard We Follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), are the widely accepted benchmark for making web content usable by as many people as possible, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. Working toward this standard is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix, and we treat it that way.

Measures We Have Taken

Our team and our developers have taken a number of practical steps to make this site easier to use for everyone, including:

• Semantic markup: headings, lists, and landmarks are structured in a logical order so screen readers can announce the page sensibly, not just read top to bottom in one block.
• Keyboard navigation: menus, links, and forms can be reached and operated using a keyboard alone, with visible focus states so you can always tell where you are on the page.
• Color contrast: text and background color combinations are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios so body copy, buttons, and links stay readable for people with low vision or color blindness.

Known Limitations

We want to be honest about where we currently fall short. Some older pages, third-party booking widgets, or embedded documents may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We are aware that accessibility work is never fully "finished," and we are actively reviewing these areas as part of regular site updates. If you come across content that is difficult to use, we would genuinely like to know so we can look into it.
